Business days are from Monday to Friday, and do not include weekends or public holidays.
For deliveries in Nairobi, Best Buy Ltd will charge a standard flat-rate fee of KES300 within the city for any parcel equal to or less than 30kgs. For deliveries outside of Nairobi, Best buy will charge a standard flat-rate fee of KES500 for any parcel equal to or less than 10kgs. In any case if the item is above 10kgs, the item may not be eligible for flat rate shipping or the excess shipping charge will be communicated to you via phone call, chat or email.
Upon delivery, It is your responsibility to check for any defects, damages or missing items. We will not tolerate any returns for defects, damaged products and missing items once delivered and accepted by your signature. In case any order has a defect, damaged or items missing, you may return the order immediately to our delivery crew and get in touch with our customer support team on 0734317097 or email us on email@example.com within 12 hours. This applies to orders shipped within Nairobi.
For orders shipped outside of Nairobi, if any order has a defect, damaged or items missing, you can temporarily hold on to the order and get in touch with our customer support team on 0734317097 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org with 12 hours. Our support staff will get in touch with you with instructions on how to send the order back to us.
Delivery Methods & Delivery Time
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. Once an order has been submitted and processed, the order will ship within 1-2 business days. For deliveries outside of Nairobi, we will ship your order via any of our preferred major carriers, including G4S, Wells Fargo Courier and Kamongo Parcels Ltd.
Deliveries will only take place Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm and on Saturday 9am to 12pm. No deliveries will be made on Sundays or Public Holidays. We will notify you in case of any delay on delivery.
If an order is placed on Friday 2pm We will try our best to deliver the order on Saturday if not then Monday.
In case you prefer to pick up any order yourself, you have the option of collecting it from our store. To do this, hit the “IN-STORE PICKUP” button on the Shipping Tab on the checkout page.

Goods sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, please read below on our policy for Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error.

• Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned on delivery. Your shipping charges will be waived. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and replace it, or issue you a refund of the order if no longer in stock. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and the order will be delivered back to you in the state it was returned.
Exchanges and Replacements
At this time, we are unable to process exchanges or replacements for orders outside of Nairobi. If you wish to make an exchange or need a replacement, you must return the original item back to us and place a new order for a replacement item. For assistance, please contact us.
Return Instructions for “Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error”
To initiate a return on a Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error order, you must contact us within 5 days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to create a Return Authorization.
Upon contacting us, we will provide you with Goods return note and further return instructions.
1. Print out the documentation provided.
2. Place all items being returned in one parcel/package
3. Attach the Goods return note in a plastic document sleeve on the outside of the return package.
4. Follow any additional instructions provided via email along with the return shipping address.
